No, the free trial for ColavoSalon Plus is 2 weeks. Before it ends, you will receive an SMS reminder to upgrade. If you choose not to, your account will switch to the free basic version with all your data intact. There will be no automatic charges, ensuring that you have full control over your subscription choices. If you wish to continue with the premium features, you can manually upgrade at any time.
The IOF is a 4.38% tax charged by the Brazilian government on international purchases made with a credit card. We cover the cost of this tax by offering a 5% discount on all our plans.
The discount amount in Brazilian reais varies according to the subscription plan and is automatically applied when you make your subscription payment with a credit card.
Yes, this feature is only for users with an annual plan. It can be used once for up to 30 days. Note: your subscription must have over 30 days left to use this option. While on hold, your account will switch to the free version temporarily.
Yes, you can cancel your ColavoSalon Plus subscription at any time.
There are no penalties for canceling your ColavoSalon Plus subscription. If you cancel before the end of the month, charges for that month will apply as usual. Afterward, no further charges will be incurred.
Yes, 'Credits' are required to send messages with ManagerTalk. Sending a message reminder via WhatsApp costs 1 Credit, via SMS costs 3 Credits, and via Email costs 0.2 Credits (see full information on "Credits charged by Service").
The amount of credits you receive monthly depends on the plan you choose:
Starter: 50 credits
Standard: 100 credits
Premium: 200 credits
You can use the credits for both Manager Talk and marketing bulk text messages. If you need more credits, you can purchase them (see "Credit's Package").
Heads up! The credits we provide monthly do not roll over.For example, if you receive 50 credits per month and use 45, your balance will reset to 50 in the next cycle.
However, credits purchased separately never expire! If you had 50 credits, used them all, and bought 500 more, your next month's balance will include those 50 credits on top of your purchased ones.
