Add a customer from the cell phone
You can bring the numbers stored on your phone to register your customers, or you can register your customers with your Colavosalon and your phone at the same time.
Customer detail information
You can add name, photo, e-mail, number, memo, gender and birth day on customer’s information.
Customer character tag
Tags that reflected customer’s character is ready. If you set tag, you can sort by and search based on tag.

You can record customer’s feature by memo.

Sending a free SMS
You can record memo attached with text and photo by each service. (Mobile carrier fee is seperated.)

You can send the pre-set messages for ‘First-time visitor’, ’Satisfied customer’, ‘Unhappy customer’, ‘Reminder’ without additional fee via SMS, instagram and any other messengers.

You can mark No-show customer and ban online booking.
Customer service history
You can check service history in the form of a timeline. At timeline customer name, date, service menu, service memo and receipt are showed.
